Shipping Terms

Order Processing

All products in stock will be processed and dispatched within two working days of us receiving your order. Orders are processed and packaged during Monday to Friday. If you have place your order on a weekend, we'll action this as soon as possible on Monday. 

For those items which are custom you will be sent an email confirmation detailing the approximate delivery date of your items within 1 business day of ordering.

Delivery Within New Zealand

Standard delivery times using NZ Post are 1-2 working days (within the Otago region) or 2-3 working days (outside of Otago). Please note this is subject to change dependent on courier workloads and delays.

For large and heavy items/orders additional shipping costs may apply. If you're unsure, email wellknowngoodsnz@gmail.com for a quote. Otherwise, you will be notified of any additional shipping costs when your order is processed.

Once we have fulfilled your order and the courier has picked it up, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you so you can follow its progress. Upon delivery, please check the condition your item is in. If it is damaged, please get in touch with wellknowngoodsnz@gmail.com. Please note we do not accept returns for vintage, preloved stock, we endeavor to make known the exact condition of each piece and these items will be subject to gentle wear, and some noted flaws.

For any handmade item which may be damaged or flawed please email within 5 days of delivery.

Local Pick Up

If you are local to Wanaka you may select pick up as an option and we will notify you when your order is processed and ready to retrieve with pick up address.

International Orders

All of our items are able to be shipped overseas at the buyers cost. Please email us wellknowngoodsnz@gmail.com for a shipping quote.
